摘  要

本毕业论文是一台加工混凝土的强制式搅拌机的装配,主要完成对新型搅拌机的了解与认识,完成其装配工艺,进而熟悉其内部结构及工作原理。
根据SM430搅拌主机的装配,了解到该种搅拌机是在意大利先进搅拌机的基础上针对中国混凝土骨料大,连续工作时间长等特点,模块化、分体式设计系列搅拌主机,拥有三项意大利发明专利,其核心技术具备欧洲最先进的混凝土搅拌技术。搅拌驱动部分和搅拌主机本体是两个独立的部分,装卸非常方便,有效解决了传统搅拌机检修及更换配件多的问题。 液压部分配有一个手动备用泵,可在紧急情况下打开卸料门或动力系统保护壳。 卸料门双液压缸驱动,最大限度保证卸料门正常工作,卸料门轴承自动润滑,提高轴承使用寿命。 同步带采用国外进口多楔带,功率强,效率高,使用寿命长。采用意大利多普赛牌润滑油泵,稳定性强,使用寿命长。调心轴承全部采用世界三大品牌之一美国进口TIMKEN轴承,性能更加优越。采用意大利原装进口邦飞利、罗西减速机,噪音低、使用寿命长。减速机与搅拌主轴采用独特的软联接,有效解决了因卡料等因素引起的对减速机及电机的损害,大大加强整机的使用寿命。主机的保护罩除了保护主机外,更能让清凉气流持续进入罩内,冷却电机和减速机,以保障连续作业。
这些先进技术大大提高了搅拌机的质量及使用寿命,提高了在同行业中的竞争力。这些先进技术同时给予我国一些企业启发,改进技术,发展国民经济,同时也提高了建筑业的质量,促进建筑业的发展。

Abstract

Because of rough machining is stamping sheet or membrane, and in the general state of cold processing, it would be more easily achieved mechanization and automation, more appropriate allocation of the unmanned robot and the realization of production.
