摘  要

介绍了电机油箱外壳的模具设计过程。通过对零件进行工艺分析、制定了合理的工艺方案。然后根据工艺方案进行了毛坯尺寸计算、排样、冲压工艺力的计算、弹性元件的选用、凸凹模工作部分尺寸和公差的确定。进而设计出一套模具,包括落料拉深模、胀形模、冲孔翻边模等
