摘 要
20世纪90年代以来，随着计算机互联网技术的迅速发展和普及，世界各国相继开始建设国家基础信息网络，全球互联网用户数大幅度增加，网上资源日益丰富，电子商务和网络经济也随之应运而生，并且受到越来越多的国家、行业和企业的关注与参与，逐步进入高速发展阶段。我国这几年的发展特别迅猛，用势不可挡来形容也不觉得过分，互联网事业更是如日中天，以至于互联网经济的发展已经成为了国家重视的项目，同时也是由于科技不断发展和普及给生产力提供动力。我国农业产业化正处于起步阶段，农户、农业组织搜集、捕捉、分析市场信息能力差。我国是一个农业大国，“三农”问题已成为我国当前农村社会的核心问题。在今年温家宝总理总理就两会记者问上曾经就今年的经济危机情况下，对中小型企业进行投资建设，解决就业等问题，大力发展在农村的投入建设，所提出的一篮子计划也把在农村的工作建设包含其中。
前面提到我国是农业大国，十三亿中国同胞中有九亿人民是农民。若解决不好，将直接影响我国的长治久定以及经济的发展。另一方面，从乡镇企业的业务发展趋势和收入来看，Internet网上电子商务无疑也具有巨大的生命力。电子商务具有Internet的开放性、全球性、低成本、高效率的特点,已被各行业广泛运用。根据世界贸易组织的报告,以Internet为基础的贸易以每年翻番的速度增长,到2008年已达工业化国家贸易总额的8%。由于网上“钱”景无限,众多现代企业都把发展企业与消费者之间的电子商务模式作为一种潜力巨大的新型商务模式加以开发。在我们乡镇企业以及农业中更需要这种开放性、全球性、低成本、高效率的电子商务来与世界融合在一起,促进我国农业的发展。加快电子商务发展，提速农业产业化的建议，在乡镇地区大力大力发展电子商务，本文介绍了电子商务的概念、发展现状及其在乡镇地区的应用情况，简要阐述发展乡镇地区电子商务，并对乡镇地区发展电子商务过程中存在的问题提出解决的对策，对于促进乡镇中小型企业、农业振兴发展建设的重大意义。
