中文摘要：2000年到如今，网络游戏以其高速的发展和高额的利润吸引了各个商家，我国的网络游戏企业也如雨后春笋一般不断地呈现出来。中国网络游戏市场巨大，机遇与挑战是并存其中的。中国网游产业在政府的支持、庞大的互联网用户群，以及越来越完善的互联网基础设施等各种有利条件下飞速发展,但是同样也面临着游戏开发专业人才极度缺乏、游戏外挂、私服问题困搅严重和监管混乱等问题。抓住机遇，解决问题，才能更好更健康的发展好网络游戏这个高新产业,本文针对这一系列问题进行有益的探讨,提出了相关的政策建议。
