外包一词在开始引入中国以来，企业就开始利用外包来解决其内部的各种问题，希望透过外包为企业节省资源和资金，使企业能够专注于核心竞争力上，创造更多的价值。物流外包更是大多数企业所选择的方向，物流外包能够运用最先进的管理方式和最高端的信息技术为企业整合资源，优化管理。但是由于企业本身的局限性，物流外包过程中会受到各种因素的制约，从而引发企业在物流外包过程中出现各种问题，如何分析和解决这些问题是本论文所阐述的重点，针对物流外包问题进行一系列由内向外的诠释，使企业能够明晰在整个外包过程中会影响的因素，通过对企业物流外包问题的分析和所提出的一些措施，以期达到能够真正的为企业解决其所面临的物流外包问题，使企业物流外包形成一个新的突破点。
本文的具体内容主要包括以下几个方面：首先从整体的角度以企业物流外包基础的理论作为导向，分析物流外包是如何在企业中进行的并对物流外包的发展状况进行系统的描述；接着介绍影响企业进行物流外包过程中的若干问题，这些问题包括为企业带来的风险、约束、服务水平、黑洞等；然后通过问题的分析利用经济的模型，激励机制的形式、纵横向联合外包的形式等来对物流外包中的问题进行解剖和提出相应的措施；最后总述物流业务外包对我国企业的启示和未来如何发展的趋势。

The Enterprise Logistics Outsourcing Problem Analysis and Countermeasures
ABSTRACT
When Outsourcing has been introduced into China, enterprise started to use outsourcing to solve their internal problems. Most businesses chosen logistics outsourcing because logistics outsourcing able to use the most advanced management methods and the most advanced information technologies for enterprise integration of resources and optimize the management. However, due to the limitations of the enterprise itself, logistics outsourcing process will be subject to various constraints, in the logistics outsourcing process ,it give to enterprises make various problems. How to analyze and solve these problems is the focus of this article. Logistics Outsourcing through analysis of the problems and proposed some measures, in order to achieve a true enterprise solution to its problems faced by logistics outsourcing, logistics outsourcing enable enterprises to form a new breakthrough.
My article contains the content as follows: Firstly, from the perspective of the whole enterprise logistics outsourcing theory as the basis of orientation, Analysis of logistics outsourcing is how to operation in enterprises and systematic description the development of logistics outsourcing. Secondly, describes the impact of logistics outsourcing companies in the process of a number of issues that include business risks, constraints, service level, black holes and so on. Thirdly, analysis of the problem through the use of economic models ,incentives in the form of vertical and horizontal models to the joint outsourcing and propose appropriate measures. At last, Overview the inspiration of China's companies logistics outsourcing business process and how the future trend of development.
