单片机恒压供水系统的设计
摘 要:建设节约型社会,合理开发、节约利用和有效保护水资源是一项艰巨任务。根据居民用水时间集中,用水量变化较大的特点,因此居民原供水系统存在了耗能高,可靠性低,水资源浪费严重,管网系统待完善的问题。提出利用压力反馈,PID控制,配以变频器、单片机、压力传感器等,根据管网的压力,通过变频器控制水泵的转速,从而使管网中的压力始终保持在合适的范围。从而解决因楼层太高而导致压力不足及小流量时能耗大的问题。
另外水泵耗电功率与电机转速的三次方成正比关系,所以水泵调速运行的节能效果非常明显,平均耗电量较通常供水方式节省近四成。结合使用可编程控制器,可实现主泵变频,副泵软启动,具有短路保护、过流保护功能,工作稳定可靠,电机的使用寿命大大延长。

The Design base on MCU for pressure water supply system
Abstract:Building the conservation-oriented society, the reasonable development, saves and the effective protecting water resources is an arduous task. According to the users water used time and the water consumption changing characteristic, so the resident original water supply system has many problems. E.g. the existence cost to be high, the reliability is low, the water resources waste, and the pipe network system need consummation. Through the way of using pressure feedback, PID control, together with the converter, microcontroller, pressure sensors, etc, according to the network management pressure, control water pump rotational speed through the inverter. So that the pressure in the pipe network is always maintained at a appropriate scope. Through this way, we solve the problem that the high floor case inadequate pressure and energy consumption high when the flow is low.
Moreover the water pump consumes the electric power and the electric machinery rotational speed is proportional three cubed the relations, therefore the water pump velocity modulation gets an obvious energy conservation effect. The average power consumption saves 40% than usual water supply method. Combination of relays, it can achieve the main pump frequency adjust, the deputy pump soft start, with the function of short circuit protection and over current protection. It is stable and reliable further more greatly extend the life of the motor.
