对我国公共危机管理的对策思考

摘　　要

危机管理，就是对突发事件的管理，目的是通过提高政府对危机发生前的预见能力和发生后的救治能力，及时有效地处理危机，恢复社会稳定，和公众对政府的信任。基于我国的公共危机的特殊性，本文将从危机的种类，危机的特点出发，分析我国公共危机管理的现状与其存在的问题，进而更深一步地探讨我国公共危机管理的对策思考与发展方向。

Abstract

crisis management ,which is the management of the accidents which happen suddenly.Its only purpose of improvement of the government’s ability of prediction before the accident and treatment after accident，which can settle the crisis effectively and timely,rerun the routine of society and recover the trust in government. Because of variety of public crisis, in this paper,I will first describe the features and the kinds ,and then analyse the present situation and problems of pubic crisis management .At last,I will project my settlements and direction of our country’s public crisis management.
