摘 要

继电器接触控制系统是应用最早的控制系统,是由按钮、接触器、继电器等组成的控制系统。作为工厂设备的电气控制,它具有结构简单、容易掌握、维修方便、价格低廉等优点,多年来在各种生产机械的电器控制领域中,一直获得广泛的应用。这种控制系统的特点是:设计、安装、调整、维修方便,价格低廉,运行可靠。如果要使继电-接触器控制线路达到简便、接线短、元件少、控制速度较快的目的,可利用三菱FX1N系列可编程序控制器来控制磷化自动生产线。磷化过程用PLC控制搬行车来进行磷化加工处理,行车在前后运行及停车时采用能耗制动,以保证准确定位,并且搬行车在每个槽位停留的时间由定时器控制,可根据工艺需要由外部设定。搬行车有多种操作方式,便于实际生产的需要,主要有:自动循环、单周期、单步操作、手动操作,这四种操作方式。采用PLC对搬行车的工作过程进行控制的方法,简化了控制系统的接线,提高了系统的可靠性和灵活性,在实际生产中减少了劳动力,提高了工作效率。

ABSTRACT


The relay touch control system applies the earliest control system, is by the button, the contact device, the relay and so on control system which is composed. As industrial plant equipment's electric control, it has the structure simply, easy to grasp, the service to be convenient, merits and so on low in price, for many years in each kind of production machinery's electric appliance control domain, have obtained the widespread application. This kind of control system's characteristic is: The design, the installment, the adjustment, the service are convenient, the low in price, the movement is reliable. If must enable following the electricity - contact device control wiring to achieve, the wiring to be short easily, the part are few, the control speed quick goal, may control the galvanization automatic production line using the Mitsubishi FX1N series programmable controller. The galvanization process controls with PLC moves the driving carries on the galvanization, the driving when the around movement and the parking uses the dynamic braking, guarantees the accurate localization, and moves the driving to control in each trough position pause time by the timer, may need by exterior to establish according to the craft. Moves the driving to have many kinds of operating modes, is advantageous for the actual production the need, including: Autocycle, monocycle, single-shot operation, manual operation, these four operating mode. Uses PLC to move the driving the work process to carry on the control the method, simplified control system's wiring, enhanced system's reliability and the flexibility, reduced the labor force in the actual production, raised the working efficiency.
