1概况
热轧板厂西侧有4个工业循环水泵站,泵站中主要设备均为高压电机(3kV)拖动的水泵。由于设备是3kV的高压电机,故采用变电所常采用的中央事故、预报信号装置来集中反映电气设备突发的故障,以提高运行人员迅速判断故障的性质、范围和地点,以便采取措施。目前泵站采用ZC一23型冲击继电器、时间继电器、中间继电器等组成的继电式中央事故、预报信号装置,下面以其中的浊循环泵站为例来分析。
1.1继电式中央事故信号装置
(l)继电式中央事故信号装置的要求当泵站内任意断路器事故跳闸时能瞬时发出音响信号并在位于集中操作室的信号报警柜上有表示事故跳闸的音响信号,事故音响信号通常用电笛,并能手动或自动复归。
(2)继电式中央事故信号装置工作原理该装置如图1所示,采用ZC一23型的冲击继电器ICJJ,其中GHJ为干簧继电器是其执行元件,TA为脉冲变流器,其一次侧并联的二极管DZ和电容C,用于抗干扰;其二次侧并联的二极管VZ起单向旁路作用。当TA的一次侧电流突然减少时,起二次侧感应的反向电流经Dl而旁路,不让它流过干簧继电器GHJ的线圈。当某台断路器(如IQF)自动跳闸时,因其辅助触点IDL与控制开关1KK’‘不对应”而使脉冲变流器TA的一次电流突增,其二次侧感应电动势使干簧继电器GHJ动作。GHJ的…………
