Abstract: the distributed control system (DCS) is a computer technology and automation technology combined with the results of the development. Combining with the new Shanghai new furnace thermal three two machine adopts distributed control system (DCS) to implement the automatic control engineering practice, this paper introduces the DCS system characteristic and the function, and according to the operation condition of DCS system, and combining with actual maintenance on this simple.

摘要：分散控制系统(DCS) 是计算机技术和自动化技术相结合发展的结果。本文结合新沪热电厂新建三炉两机采用分散控制系统(DCS) 实现自动控制的工程实践, 介绍DCS 系统特点和功能, 并根据DCS 系统的运行情况,结合实际维护进行简单阐述。
关键词：DCS 系统 日常维护 热工控制
一、硬件维护
1.过程通道。I /O 模块故障的一般判断与处理是通过系统诊断, 用更换模块的方法处理。至于其内部元件老化等内部因素造成的模块不正常, 一般热控人员不好判断。原则上I /O模块的检修应由厂家处理,目前我厂的热工检修人员的技术水平还达不到这种水平, 不能象检修常规仪表那样得心应手。并且现在的仪表厂家的技术保密也不容许客户知道他们的核心技术, I /O 模块基本趋于一体化设计, 因此I /O 模块的备件一定要充足。具了解这种I /O模块的故障大多出现在调试和运行初期, 其原因有设备本身质量不过关, 也有维护人员素质差等。一般经过一个大修周期后会稳定下来。
2.就地设备。就地设备故障的诊断与处理同常规的故障没有区别, 只是一次元件或控制设备出现故障时不能被操作员及时发现, 这并不一定是运行人员不认真, 主要是因为画面较多不能全部显示。只有异常或报警后才能发现。……
