[摘 要]: 船舶稳性是保证船舶安全的重要性能,船舶稳性事故的后果非常严重。特别是近些年来,随着经济的发展,大量船舶直接投入海运市场,船员业务水平普遍不高,对船舶稳性长期不够重视,一些高级船员甚至不懂船舶积载,从而使得近年来船舶稳性事故的增加。造成稳性减小的原因很复杂,归纳起来有驾驶员对船舶稳性知识的缺乏、 配积载不当、大风浪中引起货物移动、自由液面的影响、散装谷物表面的移动及精矿粉含水量过高等。本文将以真实案例概述了由于稳性不足造成的严重后果,警示广大船员及船舶所有人对船舶稳性予以重视。并针对存在的问题,通过理论与实际相结合的方法,提出了改进船舶稳性的措施。

[Abstract]:Stability of the ship is an important guarantee for the safety of the ship, It is very serious of the result about accidents of Ship Stability, particularly in recent years, along with economic development, a large number of ships used directly by the general high level of business , Some of the senior crew members even do not understand ship stowage and always not take enough attention to Ship Stability, which resulted in the increase of accidents of Ship Stability, The reasons cause decrease of stability are complex, Be summed up is the officers are lack of knowledge about Ship Stability, with stowage misconduct resulted in a storm caused large cargo movement, free surface effect on the movement of bulk grain and high water content, such as Concentrate Powder, In this paper we will describe the serious results caused by lack of Ship Stability with real cases, warning to the broad masses of the crew of the ship and the ship owner stability attention. To prevent the ship stability problems lead to serious consequences, the key measures is to strengthen the stability of the pilot study of knowledge, Strengthen sense of responsibility, for distribution stowage plans, and make strict checks, and so close coordination.
