[摘 要] 航线设计是驾驶员的重要任务之一，是船舶安全运营的重要保证，也是节约船舶营运成本，提高营运效益的一个重要方面。所以航线的选择对于船舶来说非常重要，由于航线的选择由许多的因素影响，这些影响因素也不是保持不变的，所以因素的变化对于航线的选择的影响程度是航线选择者考虑的一个重要方面。本文从近洋航线设计的基本要求入手，其次介绍了关于海图及海图的可信赖度，然后阐述了航海图书在航线设计中的应用，并结合厦门至新加坡的航线设计实例分析，最后针对航线设计中所涉及问题进行了探讨。

Coastal waters route design analysis and discussion
[Abstract] The route design is one of pilot's important tasks, is the ships security operation important guarantee, also saves the ships transport business cost, raises transport business benefit an important aspect. Therefore route's choice is important regarding the ships, as a result of route's choice by many factor influences, these influencing factor is not maintains invariable, therefore the factor change regarding route's choice's influence is an important aspect which the route selector considered. This article from the coastal waters route design's essential requirements obtain, next introduced about the nautical chart and the nautical chart might the faith, then elaborate the navigation books' in route design application, and unified Xiamen to Singapore's route design example analysis, finally aimed in the route design to involve the question to carry on the discussion.
