湄州湾南岸水域船舶溢油污染风险分析

[摘要] 湄洲湾是国家大型石化基地，目前油品吞吐量在700-800万吨/年，随着湾内港口项目的建设和石化工业的飞速发展，湄州湾港口石油及化工品的吞吐量将大幅度的增长，预计到2010年该港口水域的危险货物吞吐量将超过3500万吨。由于大型油轮、超级油轮及其他载运危险货物船舶进出港的日趋频繁，该水域将是海上交通的高风险水域和污染重灾区。本文首先介绍湄州湾水域的水文气象条件，然后结合近年来发生在湄州湾水域的溢油事故进行研究，分析溢油污染对湄州湾水域环境的危害，以加强人们的海洋环境保护意识，并阐述防治船舶溢油污染的具体措施。
