在舟山渔场船舶对渔船避让的研究

[摘要]  近年来，在舟山海区航行商船与渔船碰撞事故呈上升趋势，尤其是舟山浪岗山附近接连发生多起重大人员伤亡和失踪事故，引起了当地政府的高度重视和社会的广泛关注，迫切需要我们对舟山海区航行商船与渔船碰撞事故的成因与对策进行探索研究。本文通过对事故的调查分析，围绕船员、船舶、环境和管理各要素中与事故相关因素的归纳和分析，分析了舟山航运存在的安全隐患，提出了解决这些问题的相应的对策或措施，旨在提高海上航行安全，保障船员生命安全。

Ship in the Zhoushan fishing grounds avoidance research

[Abstract]  In recent years, the amount of collisions between merchant vessels and fishing vessels attends　to rise off Zhoushan sea area, especially several casualties occurred in the vicinity sea of Lang　gang island,　which resulted in serious death and loss of lives and high attention of local government and society. It is on　time for us to　discuss and make research on the causation and measurements of　such accident. The article discusses the practical ways to　remove such risk and damage according　to　the investigation of　the accidents which　involves analysis of the crew, vessels, circumstances and management factors, It analyses some hidden perils in Zhoushan Navigation& Shipment and how to remove them, so as to make sure sailing and crew life safety at sea.
