本次毕业设计主要研究的课题是2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法与碘量法测定水果蔬菜中维生素C含量的比较。通过这两种方法所测结果的比较,我们得出碘量法所测结果较稳定,平行对比数据前后相差不大于正负0.003ml,结果较精确。而比色法所测结果前后相差甚远,不准确。就实验过程而言,碘量法步骤简单易行而比色法繁琐复杂。由此得出,两种方法测定水果蔬菜中维生素C含量时,碘量法更具优势。

Abstract
This graduation project main research topic is 2,4- dinitrobenzene jing color method and in the iodimetric sounding fruit vegetables the Vitamin C content comparison. Through these two methods measured the result the comparison, we obtain the iodimetric to measure the result stable, around the parallel correlation data differs is not bigger than positive and negative 0.003, the result is precise. But the color method measured around the result is far from, plate out of true. Speaking of the experimental process, the iodimetric step easy and feasible but the color method tedious is complex. From this obtains, when in two methods sounding fruit vegetables Vitamin C content, the iodimetric has the superiority.
