　　高校教学设备管理系统是高校管理中不可缺少的部分,它对于高校的各级决策者和管理者来说都至关重要。该系统能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段，并能够对设备进行有效的管理。其中单据管理主要是对设备出入库信息的管理，这在整个设备管理工作中起着不容忽视的作用。
　　论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。整个系统包括七大模块：单据管理、辅助项目管理、设备采购管理、设备报废管理、查询管理、系统维护管理、报表管理。
    该系统适用于普通高校的教学设备的管理,在使用上力求操作容易,界面美观,另外,本系统具有较高的扩展性和可维护性,可以在以后需要的时候进行系统升级。

Abstract

　　As we know that Teaching Equipment Management System is an indispensable part of the management system in college, and it’s very important for manager make decision. Our system provides sufficient information and convenient ways to inquiry. In addition, it can be very effective. For example: documentation management mainly emphasis on the information about the equipment out of storage, which play a very important role in the equipment management.
　　This paper is about the background and processes of how to develop it and its functions. The whole system includes seven modules: documentation management, auxiliary projects management, procurement of equipment management, equipment scrapped management, inquiry management, system maintenance and management, report management.
　　Our system, which is easy to operate, applies to a large number of colleges. What’s more, the system has higher extensibility and maintainability, and can be upgraded easily in the future.
