　　自从上世纪六十年代晶体管发明以来，人类历史就进入了以电子技术发展应用为标志的历史时代。进入21世纪，电子技术的迅速发展和广泛应用，使社会生产力和社会经济获得了空前的发展。随着社会进入信息化及电子智能化时代，电子技术发展越来越迅速，应用越来越广泛，对人类生活的影响也更加深远。

　　现代电子技术的发展，使数字音视频广播将完全取代模拟音视频传输，形成有线广播电视网络；使计算机互联网成为我们生活的一部分；使电信网络成为我们赖以交流的平台。三种网络相互独立，即浪费资源，又使各自的发展受到极大的限制。
