摘 要
近年来，群体性事件呈高发态势，给政权稳定尤其是对政府的公信力带来了极大的挑战。而在2009年11月所爆发的“农夫山泉砒霜门”事件更是让我们对政府的公信力质疑。本文将就此事件来深入了解我国政府公信力的现状，发现政府公信力流失的原因，以及探索提高我国政府的公信力的途径。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, mass disturbances show a high trend in a certain period which bring great challenge to the political stability and especially to the public trust in government. However,the incident of "Nongfu Spring" makes us to question the credibility of our government. This article is with respect to the incident to look into the status of the credibility of our government in order to find the reasons to the loss of government credibility and explore a way to improve the credibility of our government.
