摘要: 广珠城际轨道顺德站特大桥,桥梁结构布置类型为(39.3+64+39.3)m直线(四线)连续道岔连续梁+15孔32m七箱单室梁+(4×32)m(四线)道岔连续梁+(32+48+32)m缓和曲线连续梁,七箱单室梁中间三榀湿接后整体架设为全国首例,其箱梁在梁场内湿接,架桥机整体提运架工艺,及箱梁滑移梁技术为全国首创。根据七箱梁现场湿接的经验及其架梁的实际工艺,结合广珠城际轨道综合工程ZH-1标顺德梁场LC31.5-740运价一体式架桥机架梁工艺,介绍七箱单室梁架设施工工艺。
  Abstract: The bridge structure of Shunde extra-large bridge on Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway are as follows: four lines straight line continuous girder(39.3+64+39.3)m, 15 seven boxes single-room girders( each one 32 ) m, four lines turnout continuous girder(4×32)m and(32+48+32)m transition curve continuous girder. The technology that the middle three of seven boxes single-room girders which are wet grafted is the first case. Girders wet grafting at beam fabrication and transmitted wholly by bridge erecting machine, and slippage of box beams are all among top technologies in china. According to the experience of seven boxes girder wet grafting and the technology of bridge erection, combined with the technology of bridge erection girder carrying-erecting combined type on Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway large comprehensive project ZH-1V beam field in Shunde LC31.5-740, seven boxes single-room erection construction technology is introduced.

  0引言
  随着中国铁路跨越式发展,高速铁路、客运专线建设已经掀起了一个前所未有的施工高潮。城市间的高速公路或铁路,为避免和其他线路平面交叉、节省用地、减少路基沉陷(某些地区),也可不用路堤,而采用高架桥。这种桥因受既有建筑物限制和线路要求,很多弯桥和坡桥。高架线路桥的上部结构,一般多采用简支梁或连续梁(或刚架),悬臂梁较为少见。用简支梁时,为保证桥面行车平顺,常做成桥面连续的简支梁。这种高架桥几乎都是把箱梁在梁场预制好后,通过架桥机把箱梁架设到桥墩上。但目前通过架桥机架设的桥梁多数为单箱单室梁、单箱双室梁、双箱单室梁、还有T型梁,广珠城际轨道顺德站特大桥,四线七箱单室梁较为特殊,我项目部针对广珠城际轨道交通工程ZH-2标段四线七箱梁架设的特殊情况,研究了四线多榀单室箱梁的架设流程、施工工艺。得到了切实可行的七箱单室梁梁架设施工工艺。
