我国中小企业筹资方式及其决策问题----毕业论文
摘要
　　　自加入WTO以来，中国经济快速发展，其中中小型企业起到了举足轻重的作用。虽然近年来我国为支持中小企业发展采取了一系列措施，但是，由于受到银企信息不对称，信用担保体系不够完善，筹资渠道单一，政府扶持力度不够，中小企业自身竞争力不强等因素的制约，资金紧缺仍然成为中小型企业生产经营中最主要和最难解决的问题。详细分析自己的资源优势，拥有核心竞争力，形成企业的鲜明特色，才是企业生存的唯一生存之道。本文将以中小企业筹资问题为研究对象，以中小企业筹资难为出发点，以四川省什邡市交通运输公司在新建“什邡市安顺汽车站”时遇到的筹资困境为例，从企业筹资困境、企业筹资方式、筹资决策这三个角度，深入浅出地探讨了我国中小型企业所面临的筹资环境与挑战。在此基础上，本文借鉴了西方发达国家经验，立足于我国实际，通过调查研究提出了解决该企业筹资困境的建议，例如重视完善信用体系，拓宽筹资渠道，实行融资租赁，加大政府扶持力度等。通过种种途径，相信可以使我国中小企业的筹资困境得到一定程度的改善。

　　　Abstract
　　　As China joined to WTO, economics is developing at quite fast speed, medium and small-sized enterprises are playing important role. Though the several methods have been taken to help medium and small-sized enterprises’ development, as information between bank and enterprises isn’t symmetrical, credit guarantee system is imperfect, financing channel is sole, the government support isn’t enough, individual power need enhancement, financing shortage become the most serious and important difficulty. So, medium and small-sized enterprises should analyze the internal advantages, own core-competitiveness, form distinct characteristics. This article takes medium and small-sized enterprises’ financing problem as object of study, takes “AnShun station” in Shifang of Sichuan Province for example, from the view of financing environment, financing methods, and financing decision, introduced the challenges faced by domestic medium and small-sized enterprises. Based on Chinese reality, studying foreign experiences, making several studies and surveys, I reached some suggestions for transportation enterprises, intending to afford some references when making financing decision.
