摘 要

直接转矩控制(DTC),又称为转矩矢量控制(TVC),是80年代发展起来的一种新型的异步电机控制方案,这种方案系统结构简单,转矩响应好,其控制思想已经推广用于永磁同步电动机的控制,本文就永磁同步电动机的直接转矩控制方案进行探讨和着重介绍。

永磁同步电动机(以下简称PSWM)具有功率密度大、效率高、转子损耗小、可靠性高、动态性能优良等优点[1],有着广阔的发展和应用前景。作为高性能的控制方案,直接转矩控制(以下简称DTC)已在感应电机上得到比较成熟的应用[2],将其控制思想应用于,也同样可以得到良好的动态性能[3]。由于实验中常遇到因电机电流过流和触发脉冲状态不定等问题,处理不当就会导致逆变器桥臂直通而烧毁功率模块和电机。本文开发了一套永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统,在此系统上进行了实验研究。实验证明硬件设计方案可行,实验结果表明永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制同样具有优良的动态响应性能和对系统参数摄动,外干扰具有很强的鲁棒性等优点

Study of Direct Torque Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

Abstract

Direct Torque Control (DTC) technique, which is also called Torque Vector Control (T VC), is a new control scheme for induction motor drives recent years. The control system is very simple of a good dynamic performance and the control scheme has been extended to Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(PMSM) Several control schemes of direct torque control for PMSM drives and estimation technique of flux linkage and torque.

   Permanent magnet synchronous motor (hereinafter referred to as PSWM) has a power density, high efficiency, rotor loss, high reliability, excellent dynamic performance advantages [1], have broad prospects for development and application. As a high-performance control programmer, direct torque control (hereinafter referred to as DTC) has been more mature application in induction motor [2], to control thought it applied, can also be good dynamic properties [3]. As often encountered in experimental electric current flows and trigger status indeterminate problems, improper handling can result in express and burnt for inverter bridge legs power module and motor. This article has developed a set of permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system, a experimental study on this system. Experimental proof hardware design scheme feasible experiment results show that the direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor also has excellent dynamic performance and parameter perturbation to the system, outside interference and highly robust, and other advantages.
