薪酬设计是公司建立现代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要组成部分,公司设计薪酬的主要目的是在公司经营战略的框架下,构造具有竞争力的薪酬管理以吸引优秀的人才,为公司创造期望的利润并实现公司的可持续发展方针。
本设计结合xxxx药业股份有限公司(简称誉衡药业)实际,进行薪酬核算制度设计。首先,介绍公司的自然概况和管理概况。其次,结合誉衡药业薪酬核算现状及存在的问题进行具体分析,并以分析结果为依据选择模式为岗位薪酬模式。在岗位薪酬模式的基础上,结合公司实际薪酬核算来进行薪酬核算的设计。最后,对公司薪酬核算及薪酬内部控制制度进行具体设计,为公司薪酬核算制度提供参考借鉴。

Abstract
Salary design is to establish a modern company management system of the salary premise and important component, the main purpose of the salary design company is in the company management strategy, structure under the framework of a competitive salary to attract talent, tectonic competitive salary to attract talents, for the company to create the expected profits and realize the sustainable development of the company.
This design with Harbin Yuheng Company (YuHeng medicine) salary calculation system design. First, this paper introduces the general situation and the natural profile management. On the basis of the model of salary, combined with the company to pay compensation accounting accounting the design .
