摘要
薪酬设计是公司建立现代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要组成部分，公司设计薪酬的主要目的是在公司经营战略的框架下，构造具有竞争力的薪酬管理以吸引优秀的人才，为公司创造期望的利润并实现公司的可持续发展方针。
本设计结合xxxx药业股份有限公司（简称誉衡药业）实际，进行薪酬核算制度设计。首先，介绍公司的自然概况和管理概况。其次，结合誉衡药业薪酬核算现状及存在的问题进行具体分析，并以分析结果为依据选择模式为岗位薪酬模式。在岗位薪酬模式的基础上，结合公司实际薪酬核算来进行薪酬核算的设计。最后，对公司薪酬核算及薪酬内部控制制度进行具体设计，为公司薪酬核算制度提供参考借鉴。

Abstract
