水性涂料具有无毒、无味、环境污染小等优点,符合当今涂料的发展方向。环氧树脂附着力和耐化学药品腐蚀能力强,广泛应用于防腐涂料工业领域。但环氧树脂难溶于水,只溶于有机溶剂,传统的环氧涂料只为溶剂型。以环氧树脂的水性化来开发水性环氧涂料借以取代溶剂型涂料,适应了涂料界节资节能,保护环境的要求。丙烯酸树脂以其优异的保光保色性,也常用作涂料的基料。因此,可以用丙烯酸酯单体对环氧树脂接枝改性引入羧基等亲水基团,制得水性-丙烯酸环氧树脂,然后中和成盐制得水分散液,兼具了环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂的优点。
本文研究了水性-丙烯酸环氧树脂接枝共聚物的合成工艺条件,在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰的作用下,将丙烯酸丁酯等单体自由基接枝聚合到环氧树脂上,形成富含羧基等亲水基团的水性-丙烯酸环氧树脂,用成盐剂中和成盐,加水稀释形成水分散液。以单因素实验讨论了混合单体含量、环氧树脂添加量和引发剂占混合单体的比例对合成树脂的影响,测定了所得乳液的固含量、转化率和吸水率,测试了乳液涂膜性能,结果表明乳液性能好,符合要求。

Abstract
