摘 要
近年来，企业面临的国内外经济环境瞬息万变，战略管理己经成为企业管理学中的重要研究课题之一，战略管理实践也日益受到企业管理者的高度重视。与此同时，企业财务战略管理作为企业战略管理的重要组成部分，也得到了财务学界和企业家们前所未有的关注。如何有效地利用企业财务资源，制订与企业内外部环境相适应的财务战略，已经成为企业生存、发展的头等大事。财务战略是企业决策者为了让企业能在较长时期生存和发展，充分预测、分析影响企业发展的内外部各种因素，谋求企业资金均衡、有效地流动，加强企业财务竞争优势而对企业财务做出的长远谋划。作为企业战略的一个方面——财务战略，在企业发展中起的重要作用，必将越来越受到公司高层的高度关注。
本文以大连xxx食品集团为案例。在介绍大连xxx食品集团的基本情况、组织结构等情况的基础上，又对xxx集团所处内外部环境进行了全面分析，在此基础上，本文从投资战略、筹资战略、营运资金管理战略三个方面研究，并提出了大连xxx食品集团的财务战略方案： 投资方面应实施发展型投资战略，积极追究市场领先优势； 筹资方面应分别实施内部型和金融型筹资战略；营运资金管理方面则应实施包括OPM战略在内的能提高公司营运资金周转效率的战略。

Abstract
In recent years, enterprises are facing ever-changing domestic and international economic environment. Strategic management of corporate management has become an important research topic. Correspondingly, as an important component of strategic management, corporate financial strategy management has also been paid more attention. How to effectively use corporate financial resources and develop internal and external environment and adapt to the corporate financial strategy has become a top priority for the survival and development of enterprises. Financial strategy is a strategy that business decision-makers do analysis of various internal and external factors for enterprise survival and development for a long period of time to seek a balanced enterprise fund, effective flow and strengthen competitive advantage of corporate finance. As an aspect of corporate strategy, financial strategy plays an important role in the development of enterprises.
This paper takes Dalian Chengda Food Group as the example. Based on the information and organizational structure, this paper does internal and external analysis. In the investment field, the paper makes development-type investment strategy; in funding field, this paper suggests that it should be implemented within each type of funding strategy and financial model; working capital management is Strategy that should be implemented, including OPM, including operating cash flow that can improve the efficiency of the company strategy.
