摘 要
企业的生存靠发展，企业的发展却要依赖于投资。企业可以将除了自身正常的生产经营活动需要之外的一部分资金用于对外投资。大庆油田xx实业公司电力分公司为了自身发展拟对xx线项目进行投资，在对其深入分析后，认为该项目具有可行性。
本文以投资的相关理论为基础，通过SWOT分析，多方面了解公司项目投资的现状，进而对公司拟投资xx线项目进行规划；分析项目的成本、费用、盈利能力和风险，在风险方面，分别从投资决策阶段、项目建设阶段进行分析；最后，从风险的防范、控制、分摊及转移方面给出企业相应的建议，为企业对xx线项目的投资做出参考。

Abstract
The survival of enterprises rely on development, the development of enterprises have to rely on the investment. In addition to its own business can be the normal production and business activities beyond the needs of part of the funds for foreign investment. This article related to investment theory, through the SWOT analysis, multifaceted understanding of the status of investment companies, and then desert the company intends to invest a large line of items for planning; analysis of project costs, expenses, profitability and risk,at risk, separately from the investment decision-making stage, the project construction stage analysis;and finally, From a risk prevention, control, allocation and transfer of businesses are given appropriate advice,For enterprises to make investment in the MoDaXian project reference.

企业的生存靠发展，企业的发展却要依赖于投资。企业可以将除了自身正常的生产经营活动需要之外的一部分资金用于对外投资。大庆油田xx实业公司电力分公司为了自身发展拟对xx线项目进行投资，在对其深入分析后，认为该项目具有可行性。
