摘 要
企业在竞争激烈的市场经济条件下，要想生存或谋求发展壮大，除了技术领先、资本雄厚之外，管理在其中起到越来越重要的作用，而成本控制是企业管理活动中永恒的主题。企业是以盈利为目的的社会团体,追求的是经营利润最大化,其开展各项活动的最终目标是实现企业价值最大化,而进行成本控制则是实现这一目标的重要手段。
论文以xx汽车配件公司为例，分析了当前中小企业成本控制落后的现状，并且对xx汽车配件公司在成本控制方面存在的问题进行研究，目的在于找出原因，建立有效的成本控制体系，发挥成本控制在企业发展中的作用。在实地考察和具体数据分析的基础上，找出了公司在进行成本控制方面的薄弱环节。结合公司的实际情况，根据精益生产理论，有针对性的对公司的成本控制体系进行改善，主要在日常生产的运营的各个环节展开，旨在建立起系统有效的公司成本控制体系。

Abstract
Enterprises in the competitive market economy, seeking to survive or grow, in addition to leading technology, abundant capital, the management of which play an increasingly important role in business management and cost control is the eternal theme of the activities .
