摘 要
在20世纪50年代至今的半个多世纪中，对公司财务管理的研究一直是国
际财务理论界研究的热门话题之一。财务杠杆是企业财务管理中的重要理财工
具，合理利用财务杠杆可以达到降低资本成本，获得额外收益，增加企业价值的目的。在2005年至2008年间，在成本价格逐渐上涨的同时，我国金融利率变动频繁。面对这种复杂的局面，作为优秀代表的公司所采取的财务杠杆对策对其他企业有着非常重要的引导作用。在经济环境出现变化时，如何更好地利用财务杠杆提高企业经济效益，将成为企业关注的重要课题，对此问题的研究也具有较强的现实意义。
本文以中外学术界关于财务杠杆研究情况为依托，重点研究xx食品有限公司财务杠杆存在的问题。研究过程中，将从财务杠杆的相关原理开始，通过国内外的研究比较，通过研究财务杠杆的影响因素、财务杠杆系数运用的条件及对xx食品有限公司价值的影响找出财务杠杆存在的问题。在以上研究基础上，本文将提出正对财务杠杆问题的相应对策与建议。

Abstract
Since the 1950s, the research on the financial corporate management is one of the hot issues in the international financial theory field. Financial leverage is one of the most important tools of the financial management. The proper application of financial leverage can decrease the capital cost, improve the income and increase the value of the company. From 2005 to 2008, as the cost price gradually, the China’s financial interest has also frequently changed. Faced with this complex situation, as the outstanding representatives of businesses, the financial leverage strategy that companies have taken is a very important lead for other companies. When the economic environment changes, the way to make better use of financial leverage to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises will become an important topic, and the research also has strong practical significance.
This paper, relying on Chinese and foreign academic research on the situation of financial leverage, focuses on the problems of GaoTai Food LTD financial leverage. Course of the study, the relevant principle from the beginning of financial leverage, through domestic and international comparative study, by studying the impact of financial leverage factor, the conditions for the use of degree of financial leverage and the impact on the enterprise value to identify the problems of GaoTai Food LTD financial leverage. Based on the above research, the paper will present the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the issue of financial leverage.

Abstract
