摘要: 本设计是根据给定设计参数完成大流量单吸卧式离心泵的水力及结构设计,主要包括叶轮、压水室的水力设计和水泵的结构设计。确定出叶轮的几何参数,绘制并检查叶轮轴面投影图,采用方格网保角变换法来完成扭曲形叶片绘形。利用数字积分法,根据蜗壳内速度矩的守恒,确定出蜗壳八个断面参数,并进行绘形。最后对水泵进行结构设计,绘制了装配图和部分零件图,并对泵轴进行强度校核计算。

Abstract:According to the design parameters at the given point, the horizontal centrifugal pump with large flow was designed, mainly including the hydraulic design of the impeller, volute casing and structural design of the pump. based on the resolution method of design of the pump, the geometric parameters of the impeller was obtained. Then the cross-section of impeller was projected and checked, the cylindrical blade was drawn by using methods of grid square conformal transformation. On the basis of constant velocity moment, the parameters of cross-section of volute were calculated by using digital integral method and also the spiral curves and diffuser of volute casing were drawn. Finally, the structure of the pump was designed and assembly drawing component graphics were drew. In addition, the strength of the pump shaft has been checked.
