摘 要
目前，我国对外贸易保持了良好的发展势头，对外贸易大国的地位已经确立。但离贸易强国还有很大的距离，有关机构进行的抽样调查显示，我国出口业务坏账率高达5%，是发达国家平均水平的10-20倍。按2009年6520亿美元的出口额推算，我国因出口产生的海外坏账高达366亿美元。
针对如何防范这些风险，论文借助国际贸易以及风险防范相关理论，深入分析了黑龙江xx经贸公司对外贸易过程中所面临的各种风险。并且主要从外贸专业知识的角度分别提出了相应的防范对策，黑龙江xx经贸公司除了要有针对性地对各种外贸风险进行防范以外，必须要从公司内部做好各项工作为公司各种风险防范对策的采取提供事前依据，力求为公司对外贸易的有效开展及长远发展提供指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract
At present, China's foreign trade maintained a good momentum of development, the status of foreign trading power has been established. However, there is a great trade power from the distance, the bodies of the sample survey, China's export business bad debt rate of up to 5%, which is 10-20 times the average level of developed countries. 652 billion U.S. dollars by 2009, estimated exports, China's export of produce due to bad debts of up to 36.6 billion U.S. dollars overseas.
On how to guard against these risks, the paper through international trade and the theory of risk prevention, in-depth analysis and trade companies in Heilongjiang run foreign trade in the course of the various risks faced. And are mainly from the perspective of foreign expertise, respectively, puts forward corresponding preventive measures, Heilongjiang run and trade company should also targeted against the various foreign trade risks outside the company must do all the work from the company a variety of Risk prevention measures in advance to provide the basis for the company and strive to effectively carry out foreign trade and long-term development of guidance and reference value.
