摘 要
在全球经济一体化的背景之下，国际竞争的加剧和市场环境的多变，使得企业所面临的风险日益加剧。在企业遭遇风险之前，财务状况会逐渐恶化。在世界各地，每年都有大量企业陷入财务困境。财务困境给企业相关利益人造成了巨大损失，面对复杂、多变的经济环境，多数企业无法避免。为此开展企业预警管理研究十分必要，构建企业财务预警系统，有效地防范和化解困境对于企业发展来说有着重大意义。
本文通过对xx科技发展有限公司收集资料和实地考察发现该公司在金融危机的严重影响下，企业在经营方面、投资方面和筹资方面存在风险。基于这些财务风险对该公司进行财务危机形成原因，并运用功效系数法，构建一套xx科技发展有限公司财务预警系统并介绍当前构建财务预警系统模型的应用，对xx科技发展有限公司财务预警体系的构建提出了具体建议，使得企业能够在激烈竞争的环境之下顺利化解困境，并得以生存和发展。

Abstract
In the global context of economic integration, international competition and the ever-changing market environment, the risks faced by enterprises growing. Prior experience in the enterprise risk, financial situation will gradually deteriorate. Around the world every year a large number of enterprises in financial difficulty. Financial difficulties related to the interests of business people has caused great losses, in the face of complex and changing economic environment, we can not do all of them avoid falling into the enterprise. To do this carry out the management of enterprise early warning is very necessary to build enterprise's financial early warning system to effectively prevent and resolve the plight of the enterprise has a major significance for the development.
This article by Kim Yong-Technology Development Co., Ltd. to collect information and field visits found that the company in the financial crisis under the influence of business enterprises, investment and financing risks. Based on these financial risks the company's cause of financial crisis, and the use of a scoring model Z, Kim Yong Construction Technology Development Co., Ltd. a financial early warning system, which makes the enterprise in a highly competitive environment smoothly resolve the difficulties, to survival and development, and describes the current financial early warning system model to build applications.
