xx路桥股份有限公司主要从事黑龙江省公路桥梁的建设。在施工项目成本构成中，物资成本占工程成本的55％以上，加上运杂仓储等费用可能高于70％。因此，物资成本控制对保证施工项目的顺利进行、降低成本和提高经济效益，起着举足轻重的作用。本文从公司的实际情况出发，结合施工企业的特点，对公司的工程物资核算进行会计制度设计。首先，从公司的工程物资核算范围入手，进行会计凭证、会计科目的设计。其次，根据公司采购、存储、领用工程物资，进行账务处理设计。最后，对公司进行内部控制制度设计。完善xx股份有限公司的会计制度，从而降低工程物资的成本，提高企业的经济效益。
