摘 要
财务风险作为一种危机信号，影响着公司的生存、发展和获利能力，必须尽加以防范和控制。建立和完善财务风险预警系统是防范财务风险的有力手段，有效的财务风险预警系统可以预知公司危机的征兆，及时发现导致财务状况恶化的原因，使经营者在危机到来之前采取有效的预防和控制措施，将危机消灭在萌芽状态。
本文介绍了国内外财务风险预警研究的现状；阐述了财务风险及财务预警的相关理论，介绍了常用的财务风险预警方法评价；分析了xx电力公司的财务现状；从财务风险预警指标体系确定、指标值评分方法及预警警限等方面提出了功效系数法的改进方案，建立xx电力公司的财务风险预警模型，对xx电力公司2006-2010年的财务风险进行预警，在分析xx电力公司财务风险形成原因的基础上，从三个方面提出防范xx电力公司财务风险的措施；在结论部分，总结了本文的主要研究结论及创新之处，并指出结合非财务信息的财务风险预警系统对于财务风险的预测与防范更加有效，将是今后财务风险研究的重要方向。

Abstract
Financial risk, as a kind of crisis affecting enterprises signal existence, development and profitability, must try to prevent and control. To establish and perfect the financial risk pre-warning system is effective means avoid financial risks, effective financial risk pre-warning system can predict signs of enterprise crisis that causes financial status, timely, operator of the deterioration in crisis before the arrival of take effective prevention and control measures, will crisis nipped in the bud.
This paper introduces the status quo of the research advance warning of financial risk; Expounds the financial risk and financial prewarning related theory, this paper introduces some common financial risk pre-warning eva luation; Analyzes the present situation of the company's financial ore power; From a financial risk early-warning index system determine, index score means and warning p limit etc. To put forward the improvement scheme efficacy coefficient method, establish mineral electric company financial risk pre-warning model of ore power company, 2006-2010 financial risk pre-warning, on the analysis of ore power company financial risk based on the cause of formation, and puts forward prevention ore from three aspects of the financial risk measures power company; In conclusion, summarizes the main research paper conclusions and innovative points, and points out that the combined non-financial information about financial risk pre-warning system of the financial risk prediction and prevention, will be more effective in the future of the important research direction of financial risk.
