企业的资金管理贯穿于企业管理的各个环节，在企业管理中具有核心职能。资金是企业赖以生存的重要因素，如何管理好企业的资金是企业司库们应尽的职责。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和企业经营机制的转换,市场竞争愈来愈激烈。企业要在竞争中立于不败之地,必须提高经济效益,追求企业财富最大化,这时财务管理尤为重要,而财务管理又必须要以资金管理为中心,以确保企业经营活动正常进行和健康发展。在企业的财务活动中,资金始终关系到企业生存和发展。因此,资金管理是企业财务管理的核心内容。如何加强资金管理,提高资金使用效益,是每个企业所面临的重要课题。xx煤炭经销公司要在市场经济中站稳脚跟,只有牢牢抓住资金管理这个中心,深入研究聚财、生财和用财之道,采取行之有效的管理和控制措施,疏通资金流转环节,以达到提高企业经济效益的目标。在目前我国企业集团化趋势越来越明显情况下，如何加强并提升企业集团的资金管理水平，提高对资金的调控能力和使用效益，就显得尤为必要。货币资金是企业重要的财务资源。论文在总结xx煤炭经销公司资金运营特点的基础上,按照企业资金管理要精益化、集约化和规范化的目标要求,从实际出发,逐层深入,研究分析煤炭企业加强资金管理与控制的有效途径。

Abstract
Enterprise's capital management in enterprise management through every link in the enterprise management, with core functions. Money is enterprise's survival and the important factors, how to manage enterprise capital is the treasurer. With the establishment of the socialist market economy and the enterprise operation mechanism of transformation, market increasingly fierce competition. Enterprise in competition invincible, must improve economic efficiency, the pursuit of enterprise financial management, this wealth maximization is particularly important, and the financial management and must take money management as the center, in order to ensure the business activities of enterprises and the healthy development of normal. In the enterprise's financial activities, money is always related to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, the fund management is the core content of enterprise financial management. How to strengthen the financial management, improve efficiency in the use of funds, each enterprise is an important problem facing. In market economy, enterprises to gain a firm foothold, only hold funds management research center, the protection and use, accumulate wealth, take effective management and control measures, cash flow, to improve the enterprise economic benefit of the target. At present more and more obvious trend of enterprise group situations, how to strengthen and improve enterprise group of fund management level, and improve the ability of funds and the use efficiency, regulation is necessary. Money is an important enterprise financial resources. Based on summary of coal enterprise capital operation, on the basis of the characteristic according to enterprise capital management should lean, intensive and standardization of the goal request, embarks from the reality, step by step, analysis of coal enterprises to strengthen capital management and control in an effective way.
