随着现代管理科学的发展,传统的将员工视为“经济人”,以薪酬制度管理设计为等价交换的核心。xx煤矿需要创建自己独特的薪酬会计制度设计,以驱动公司的业绩高于同行水平。xx煤矿的薪酬制度设计体系应根据员工的资格和能力确定基本工资,参考市场数据决定薪酬水平,以结果为导向考核员工,薪酬总体计算方法采用岗位效益工资、计件工资、效益(浮动)工资、科级干部工资相结合的计算方法,并对薪酬核算的内容进行设计,完善企业内部控制制度。通过有效的薪酬会计制度设计,可以激发xx煤矿员工的潜能和奉献精神。

Abstract
With the development of modern management science, the traditional employees as “economic man”, to equal pay system is designed to manage the exchange of the core. Zhengyang mine need to create their own unique pay accounting system designed to drive the company's performance compared with others. Zhengyang mine system design system should pay employees based on the qualifications and ability to determine the basic wage, Reference to market data determine pay levels, results-oriented assessment staff remuneration package calculated using post-effective wages, piece-rate wages, benefits (floating) wages and salaries combined section-level cadres, the method of calculating the content and design of pay accounts improve the internal control system, and salaries account for the contents of the design, improve the internal control system.
