摘要  由于环糊精有外沿亲水而内腔疏水的结构,因而它能够作为主体来包络各种适当的客体,这使得环糊精水凝胶在药物释放、温度敏感性、pH敏感性、多(双)重敏感性等方面具有广泛的应用。基于环糊精水凝胶的广泛应用,本文通过实验来制备温敏性环糊精微凝胶,同时对制备的微凝胶进行释放性能的研究。本文主要以β-环糊精为原料,使用丙烯酸将β-环糊精改性,再制备出β-环糊精微凝胶,完成后,再将β-环糊精微凝胶表面溴化,使用N–异丙基丙烯酰胺在环糊精微凝胶表面接枝上聚异丙基丙烯酰胺,最终成功合成至温敏性环糊精水凝胶。完成试验后,对产品进行表征和分析,测定产物的红外光谱图,进行元素分析和热综合分析等。分析数据表明,本实验成功制备出了温敏性环糊精微凝胶,并且制备出的产物具有良好的热稳定性。最后本实验测试了亚甲基蓝在温敏性微凝胶中释放的行为,结果表明,实验制备的温敏性环糊精微凝胶具有良好的温度敏感性,并且具有良好的可逆可控释放性能。

preparation of Temperature Sensitive cyclodextrin microgel and Its Releasing property
Abstract  Cyclodextrins have outside along the hydrophilic and hydrophobic of inner chamber structure, it can be used as the main envelope all appropriate object,which makes the drug cyclodextrin hydrogels release, temperature sensitivity, pH sensitivity multi (dual) weight sensitivity has a wide range of applications. In order to synthesize cyclodextrins temperature sensitive microgels ,we use acrylic  cyclodextrin modified, β- cyclodextrin esterified to the crylic -β- cyclodextrin ester, then, the crylic -β- cyclodextrin ester is produced into β- cyclodextrin cyclodextrin. After the completion of the experiment, we use N - methyl pyrrolidone at the β- cyclodextrin microgels bromide at 0 ℃.Then we add a certain amount N- isopropyl acrylamide in the product, and through experiments, poly-isopropyl acrylamide is grafted onto the surface of the cyclodextrin microgel, thereby we success to prepare temperature sensitive cyclodextrin microgel. After completing the test, the products are characterized and analyzed, the measurement result of infrared spectrum, element analysis and heat comprehensive analysis, etc. Data analysis shows that the experiment successful prepares thermosensitive microgel cyclodextrin, and the product has good thermal stability. Finally, the experiment tested methylene blue released behavior in the temperature-sensitive microgel , the results show that the products has good temperature sensitivity, and they has a good reversible controlled release performance.

1 环糊精研究概况
1.1 环糊精简介
环糊精(Cyclodextrin,简称CD)是直链淀粉在由芽孢杆菌产生的环糊精葡萄糖基转移酶的作用下生成的一系列的环状低聚糖的总称,通常含有6~12个D-吡喃葡萄糖单元。其中,含有6、7、8个葡萄糖单元的分子的环糊精研究较多并且具有实际意义,它们分别称为α-、β-和γ-环糊精(化学式:C14H8O2),构成环糊精分子的每个D(+)-吡喃葡萄糖都是椅式构象,各葡萄糖单元均以1,4-糖苷键结合成环。环糊精分子不是圆筒状分子而是略呈锥形的圆环,这是因为连接葡萄糖单元的糖苷键不能自由旋转
