摘 要
平潭及闽江口引水工程(福州段)是北水南调平潭及闽江口水资源配置的重要组成部分,工程从大樟溪莒口水闸上游取水,并从闽江干流竹岐取水口引水补充,引水往平潭、福清、长乐、福州南港片等地,流域主要涉及闽江、大樟溪、龙江以及平潭岛等。根据《福建省北水南调平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程规划报告》(下简称《报告》)提出了“一库一闸三线” 工程规划布局,即龙湘水库、大樟溪莒口拦河闸和闽江竹岐~大樟溪引水线路、大樟溪~福清、平潭输水线路、大樟溪~福州、长乐输水线路。
本论文主要研究大樟溪~福清、平潭输水线路对沿线河流、湖库的水质及富营养化影响。一方面通过河流二维稳态岸边排放公式研究调水对大樟溪水质的影响,结果证明调水前后大樟溪水质均满足地表水Ⅱ类水质标准,影响甚微;另一方面,采用湖库零维模型研究调水对莒口闸、东张水库、三十六脚湖水库的水质及富营养化影响,得出各水库水质都达到Ⅲ类标准,但在每年的6~9月可能出现轻度富营养化现象。通过本次研究,希望为相关部门及决策者提供参考依据,也为后来的研究者提供一定的思路。

Abstract

Pingtan and Minjiang Estuary Water Diversion Project (Fuzhou) is an important part of the north to south watertransfer project of Pingtan and Minjiang River estuary water resources allocation.The project gets water from Dazhang brook Jukou sluice upwater and Minjiang River Zhuqi offers water supplement,diversion to Pingtan, Fuqing,Changle,Fuzhou,south of Fugang etc. Main basin involves Minjiang River, Dazhang brookLongjiang and Pingtan Island. According to the Fujian Province of North to South watertransfer Pingtan and Minjiang Estuary resources allocation project planning report," a sluice and three line "project layout is proposed,namely Longxiang reservoir,Dazhang brook Jukou water gate and Minjiang Zhuqi to Dazhang brook water diversion line,Dazhang brook to Fuqing and Pingtan water conveyance line,Dazhang to Fuzhou,Changle water lines.
This report mainly studies the impact of Dazhang to Fuqing and Pingtan water conveyance line on the river and lakes .On the one hand,I choose river two-dimensional steady-state formula discharging the water diversion project’s influent of  Dazhang river water quality. The results show that Dazhang Creek water quality after the water diversion meets surface water class II water quality standard, have little effect.On the other hand,I use the lake and reservoir zero dimensional model studying the project’s effect on Jukou water gate,Dongzhang Reservoir, Sanshiliujiao lake reservoir water quality and eutrophication,it is concluded that the water quality of the reservoir reaches the third class standard,but in June to September each year may appear mild eutrophication phenomenon. Through this study,I hope to provide reference for relevant departments and decision makers and provide some ideas for later researchers.
