摘 要
目前国内公路桥涵大多使用混凝土材料或石料,对于修建在膨胀土,软土上的管涵而言,由于易产生地基沉降变形以及自身的压缩变形,因此容易导致涵洞破坏。而钢波纹管拥有很好的柔性和很高的强度,能够改善对地基和基础变形的适应能力。本文以某高速路段钢波纹管涵洞为研究背景,通过数值计算,对施工过程中钢波纹管的应力和变形变化规律进行研究,主要工作如下:
(1)通过对钢波纹管性能极限状态的研究,探讨其破坏过程和机理,并建立钢波纹管在填土载荷作用下的内力和变形公式。
(2)对钢波纹管的波纹形状、约束条件、边界条件进行简化,建立计算模型,并对不同填土高度、壁厚和管径下钢波纹管的应力和变形变化规律进行研究。
(3)根据数值计算结果,结合施工工艺,对钢波纹管的施工过程提出一些建议。

ABSTRACT
The culvert of bridge and road built in china are mostly made of concrete or rock.Some of them built on the soft soil or expansion soil are easy to be destroy, due to the settlement of foundation and the compression of itself.However,corrugated steel pipe can adapt the settlement of foundation,because it’s great tenacity and it has great strength.The background of the thesis is a foundation of a high road in guandong.We study the stress and the transformation of the corrugated steel pipe during the construction by numerical modeling.The main work is as follows:
(1)Performance limit of corrugated steel pipe are studied and discussed based on the analysis and concluded on the performance limit of the buried circular tube ,and and analyze the failure process and mechanism.Using the rotational symmetry shell theory,and establish the calculation formula of internal force and deformation of the corrugated steel pipe culvert.
