摘要
我国加入WTO后,国内商业银行,信贷风险管理方面的改进是国有商业银行近年来最明显的进步之一,这些银行先后采用了审贷分离、集体审议、分级授权等信贷管理制度,引进了信用评级、贷款评估、客户授信、贷款五级分类等信贷管理工具。信用风险是我国商业银行的主要风险,目前我国商业银行的信用风险管理水平偏低,传统的信用风险管理缺乏主动性的理念,信用风险管理缺乏系统性,导致我国商业银行信贷资产质量普遍较差,严重影响了银行的收益。
本论文主要从信用评级的角度来研究商业银行的信用风险管理。以中国xx银行为例通过信用评级对信贷风险管理进行研究。并做以下阐述:
1、商业银行信贷风险管理目标的定位。包括信贷风险管理的基本目标和最终目标。
2、商业银行对于不同行业企业的信贷政策。信用评级时无法考虑到行业整体发展对企业的影响。
3、商业银行客户关系管理方法。
4、商业银行抵质押品风险管理。押品价值不是一成不变的,银行对其定期进行评估。
5、从授信、五级分类、信贷管理信息系统、对信贷人员的管理四个方面阐述信贷风险控制。


Abstract
After our countries join into WTO,the internal commercial banks,the improvement in credit risk management of the internal commercial banks is the most obvious advancement in recent years.The banks successively used some managing systems such as separation of the auditing and loan,collective consideration,graduation authorization and introduced into some credit managing tools which are credit rating,loan eva luation,customer credit,five levels of classifications for loan and so on. Credi risk is the predominant of all the risks commercial banks conftont in China. And at present, the level of credit risk management of commercial banks is relatively inferior.The laek of sense of initiative and systematic planning in traditional eredit risk management;Results in the low quality of the credit property of the commereial banks and the great decrease of the benefits of the banks.
The thesis mainly studies commercial bank credit risk management from a ridk rating perspective. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an example through the credit rating of credit risk management research. And do the following:
1.commercial banks credit risk management objectives of the position. Credit risk management, including the basic objectives and ultimate goal.
2.the commercial banks for enterprises in different sectors of the credit policy. When the credit rating industry as a whole can not take into account the impact of the development of enterprises.
3.commercial banks customer relationship management.
4.commercial banks pledge goods arrived in risk management. Value of charge is not static, periodic assessments of their banks.
5.from the credit, five-category loan classification, credit management information systems, management of credit on four aspects of credit risk control.
