人力资源管理,是在经济学与人本思想指导下,通过招聘、筛选、培训、报酬等管理形式对组织内外相关人力资源进行有效运用,满足组织当前及未来发展的需要,保证组织目标实现和成员发展的最大化。
改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到长足发展。但在企业不断发展壮大,企业发展越来越依赖于高素质人才的现实条件下,民营企业原有的人力资源管理模式已远远不能满足企业发展的需要。因此,创新人力资源管理模式,重视人力资源开发利用,已成为企业提升核心竞争力,增加效益的重要途径之一。本文应用人力资源管理理论,分析xx发公司管理现状和人力资源管理现状,指出了公司人力资源存在的主要问题和形成原因,最后在企业对人力资源管理高效运作这方面提出见解。

Abstract
Human Resource Management, In economics and who,under the guidance of the thinking,through recruitment、selection、training、compensation and other forms of management and outside organizations related to the effective use of human resources to meet the organization 's current and future development needs,and ensure the achievement of organizational goals and members to maximize develoment.
Since reform and opening up,China 's private enterprises have been developed by leapsbounds.However,the gradual development and growth in the enterprise,enterprise development is increasingly dependent on high-quality personnal under realistic conditions,the private enterprises of the human resources management model has been far from being able to meet the needs of enterprise development.Therefore, innovative human resource management model,emphasis on human resources development and utilization,has become the core to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,an important way to increase the effectiveness of one.In this paper,human resources managemant theory and analysis of xx发Corportant and human resources management of the status quo,pointing out that existence of the comoany 's human resources issues and the formation of the main reasons.Finally,form the business-to-human resources management and efficient operation of the proposal.
