摘  要
电力系统无功优化是保证电力系统安全、经济运行的一项有效手段,是降低网络损耗、提高电压质量的重要措施。本文简述了电力系统无功优化的基本概念和无功控制的手段,介绍了中国电力科学研究院开发的电力系统综合程序仿真软件PSASP(Power System Analysis Software Package)的结构和功能,运用了仿真中需要用到的潮流计算程序、网损计算程序和最优潮流程序。对A地区电网结构进行分析,采用PSASP软件程序作为仿真和计算工具,并针对网损最小的无功优化措施进行了初步论述。

Abstract
The optimization of reactive power in power system is an effective measure that can ensure the security of power system and economy, also is an important measure to reduce network loss and improve voltage quality. The basic concepts of idle work optimization and means of idle work control in the electric power system were summarized in the paper. The structure and function of the integrated program of power system simulation software PSASP(Power System Analysis Software Package)were introduced which was developed by China's Electric Power Research Institute . The current, net loss and optimal computer procedure needed in the simulation were used. The power structure of A regional was analysised by using PSASP software programs as simulation and calculation tools .So the smallest loss for reactive power optimization measures were carried out a preliminary discussion.
