摘要
绿色壁垒由于具有表面上的合理性以隐蔽性等特点,成为当今国际领域行之有效的贸易保护手段之一;近年来,传统的贸易壁垒逐渐消退,绿色壁垒作为一种新型的非关税,贸易措施,被发达进口国家作为贸易保护工具越来越广泛的应用,在中国向世界市场靠拢的过程中,它对中国服装出口的影响日益显著,本文着重分析了绿色壁垒对我国服装出口的影响,主要介绍了宁波xx公司在出口过程中所遭受的贸易壁垒的原因并提出了较为全面而且积极的应对这种新贸易壁垒的措施,通过一系列的改进,改变,改造,使宁波xx公司乃至全中国的服装出口公司都可以掌握足够的应对知识,积极的对待绿色壁垒,并且打破绿色壁垒,使中国的服装出口业朝者更健康的方向不断的向上发展.

Abstract
Green barriers on the surface due to the reasonableness of such hidden characteristics of the international arena has become an effective means of trade protection; In recent years, the waning of traditional trade barriers, green barriers, as a new type of non-tariff, trade measures by importing countries has been developed as a tool for trade protection, more and more widely used in China to move closer to the world market in the process of its impact on China's clothing exports growing significantly, the paper highlights an analysis of green barriers on China's clothing exports, Ningbo Yunsheng introduced in the export process suffered by reason of trade barriers and to make a more comprehensive and positive response to this new measure of trade barriers, through a series of improvements, changes, transformation, so that the company Ningbo Yunsheng and even the whole of China and garment export companies can acquire sufficient knowledge to deal with, and actively deal with the green barriers, and break the green barriers, so that China's garment export industry towards the direction of more health continued upward development.
