摘要:绩效考核是人力资源管理领域最棘手的任务。一项对92家美国公司的研究表明,大约有65%的公司对它们的考核制度有一定的不满。另外一项研究则显示,有80%以上的公司对它们的考核制度不满意。某些美国管理权威甚至将绩效考核过程称为管理的致命伤。许多人都知道考核制度会产生“不公平”。商业银行绩效考核也经历了一个不断变化的过程。逐步从粗放的考核到科学化、精细化。目前,xx市农业银行传统的考核指标体系已不能适应新形势的要求,如何设计出符合xx市农业银行发展现状,科学合理反映xx市农业银行整体经营绩效的考核评价体系是xx市农业银行发展的中心内容。本文先对xx市农业银行进行介绍,并结合xx市农业银行自身发展的特点,对xx市农业银行绩效考核评价指标体系进行分析,找出了其存在的问题。最后对xx市农业银行绩效考核方法进行了设计,运用平衡计分卡考核对xx市农业银行进行绩效考核,得到较为准确的绩效考核结果,提高绩效考核体系的信度和效度,为人力资源管理提供可靠的依据或信息,使xx市农业银行将向着转变和创新绩效考评核理念、设置科学合理的绩效考评指标、以及采取多样化的激励手段方向发展。

Abstract: In assessing the performance objectives of the commercial banks play an important role in the management of commercial banks has become a mechanism to promote the development of a core business functions. At present, China's commercial banks, the traditional eva luation index system can not meet the demands of the new situation, how to design with the Commercial Bank of China's development, scientific and reasonable reflection of the overall operation of commercial banks to eva luate the performance of the system is a commercial bank at the center of the development of content. In this paper, the foreign commercial banks learn from the advanced experience, combined with China's commercial banks of their own development characteristics of China's commercial banks performance eva luation index system for analysis to find out their problems. China's commercial banks will shift towards innovation and performance eva luation of the concept of nuclear, scientific and rational set of performance indicators for eva luation, as well as the diversification of incentives, focusing on the use of the Balanced Scorecard assessment methods do a good job at commercial banks, such as performance appraisal direction.
