摘 要
中国的现代物流业，如果从引进概念的1978年算起，与改革开放的进程基本同步。特别是最近十多年来，由起步期进入快速发展期。现代物流的产业地位得以确立，物流企业群体加速成长，物流集聚区逐步形成，物流运作的设施设备、信息化水平、行业基础工作和政策环境有了较大改善，出现了持续平稳快速发展的势头。为了更好的使物流业在新时期、新经济形势下更快、更好的发展壮大，完善和加强物流企业的营运资金管理就显得尤为重要。
本文在了解我国物流企业经营现状的基础上，对xx物流有限公司的营运资金管理现状进行了分析，针对营运资金管理中存在的问题，提出了xx物流有限公司营运资金管理的改革目标以及相应的改革方案，进而改进和加强xx物流有限公司的营运资金管理。
