摘 要
CB3463—1型液压半自动转塔车床,主要用来加工汽车前桥零件—前轮毂,该种机床是采用大量中间继电器及时间继电器,并通过插销板的插孔预选来实现对机床各刀架动作的顺序控制。由于加工环境的变化,加上机床使用年限己久,导致机床故障率很高。而且因机床机、电、液一体化程度较高,电路接线繁杂,查找故障很困难,使维修比较费时费力,严重影响了生产正常进行。我们对机床的机械结构及精度进行检测,确认机床的机械刚性良好,液压系统工作较稳定,设备各项运动精度均在允许值之内。经分析以及实践证明:绝大多数故障是因操作面板矩阵电路中插销与插孔接触不良,继电器、开关元件、电磁阀元件等电气元件性能不良或损坏引起。
我国制造企业的生产、加工装备大多是传统的机床,用这种装备加工出来的产品在国际、国内市场上缺乏竞争力,影响到企业的生存和发展。所以必须大力提高机床的数控化率。对于机床拥有者来说,进行普通机床数控化改造,只需花费购买相同新机床30%~60%的费用即可获得相同的使用效果,并具有交货期短、性能稳定、设计风险小、可以充分体现用户意愿、使用与维护方便等诸多优点,所以机床的数控化改造不仅仅是当前必要和重要的行为,而且也将是一个长期发展的战略措施。
