摘要
随着全球经济一体化步伐的逐步临近,企业将面临越来越激烈的市场竞争,如何能在激烈的市场竞争中保持不败,是每个企业存在和发展的前提。因此财务预警系统是在一旦发生财务状况异常使企业的财务风险和财务危机加剧，陷入财务恶化状态时，会对管理者发出警告，也可能启动应急系统，预警管理的成功结果将使企业的财务风险和财务危机得到化解，转入良险状态。
本文是在企业财务危机预警系统的理论基础上，结合xx农机公司的实际情况，建立了xx农机公司的财务危机预警系统，对财务状况的波动、财务失误以及由此引发的财务风险和财务危机两大环节进行预警和预控活动。

Abstract
The corporations will face more and more serious market competition with the economic globalization approaching step by step. How to keep successful between the market competitions is the key that depends each corporation whether to exist or develop. Therefore financial forebode is the system that will make an alarm or start lash-up system when the corporations’ financial affairs is abnormal and increasing the intensity of financial venture and crisis. The successful results of the financial forebode management would solve corporations’ financial venture and crisis then turning into a favourable state.
This paper based on the theory of forebode system of corporations’ financial crisis established the forebode system of financial crisis of YuanXiang Agricultural Machine Produced Company combining its factual state. Through this method we can put the forebode and pre-controlling into practice aiming at the fluctuations of financial state, financial errors and two primary following aspects financial venture&crisis.
