摘要
本设计为xx矿务集团新强煤矿150Mt/a东三采区设计，该采区有一个可采煤层，煤层倾角17°，煤层厚度为2.83m。煤质为焦煤，瓦斯含量较高。该采区平均走向长度为1800 m，倾斜长度868.8m。该采区的工业储量为618.3Mt，可采储量为315.3Mt，服务年限为3.4年。
设计该采区采用综采，一个回采工作面生产。采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤工艺，顶板处理方法为全部垮落法。采煤机截深0.8m，进刀方式为端部斜切进刀，采煤机往返一次割两刀，双向割煤，工作制采用“四、六”制作业，三班生产，一班检修。
