摘 要
近年来人们越来越重视科技进步对经济增长的作用，技术创新己成为社会进步最强大的动力。为适应这一发展趋势，风险投资得到了迅速发展。所谓风险投资,是指投资目实施后出现的后果为随机变量的投资。创办新的科技型企业,特别是高新技术企业,在很大程度上依靠的是风险资本投资。
首先系统地论述了风险投资相关理论的研究。随后，阐述了农村信用社xx县分社风险投资存在的问题：防范风险投资风险的能力不足；风险投资的外汇风险度高；风险投资的操作风险缺乏控制。然后分析了外汇风险和操作风险产生的原因以及产生的环节，也提出了相应的对策。最后，就风险的防范与控制提出了相关的方法和措施：加强各种风险防范；加强外汇风险和操作风险的管理。

Abstract
In recent years, people took more and more advance in the affect which is technology as for economic growth function, technological innovation is becoming for the social progress. In order to adapt this trend of development, the risk investment is becoming more and more important. The risk investment is refers to investment item of implementation, appears for the random variable investment. Organizes the new science and technology enterprise, specially high technology and new technology enterprise, there is a great extent depends upon the risk capital investment.
The author systematically expounds the concept of risk at first and clarifies the core position of risk in the bank. After that, the article discusses the basic characteristics of some kinds of risk. Then, the paper discusses the element model and specifies the meaning and features of factors of risk management, and analyses the relationship among them. In the last, the reason of risk investment is analyzed from subjective and impersonal aspect. Finally, the thesis puts out some measures of keeping away and eluding social risk investment.
