摘 要
本工程为xx市xx区行政中心办公楼,建筑面积12388m2,占地面积15053m2,十层,总高45.0m,采用框架-剪力墙结构,板式筏板基础,设计基准期50年,结构安全等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度。建筑设计本着“功能适用,经济合理,造型美观,环境相宜”的原则,以国家相应规范、标准为依据,完成了设计任务书所要求的建筑平面设计,并在此基础上进行了立面、剖面、建筑详图设计。结构设计本着“安全,适用,耐久”的原则,进行了框架和剪力墙的刚度计算,竖向荷载及水平风荷载和地震荷载汇集,框架-剪力墙协调工作计算,内力计算,内力组合,结构抗震验算以及梁、柱、楼梯、板、基础等结构构件的设计。在计算过程中,假定平面内板的刚度很大不发生弯曲变形,并将单元内同方向的所有框架合并为总框架,所有剪力墙合并为总剪力墙,水平荷载由总框架和总剪力墙共同承担。设计成果的主要表现形式为建筑施工图和结构施工图。本设计主要进行了④轴线上的横向框架以及⑦轴线剪力墙的结构设计。在确定了框架布局之后,进行了各种荷载、作用的计算,分析了结构的内力,找出了最不利的内力组,进行了配筋计算。所采用的计算方法主要有连续连杆法、D值法及底部剪力法等。设计后达到了强度、刚度和稳定性方面的要求。

Abstract
The engineering is the Dalian Ganjingzi district of official building, the building area is 12388 m2, and the gross area is 15053m2. It has 10 floors and the gross height is 45.0 m. The building adopts frame-wall structure and ms Raft foundation plate board, the base year of the design is 50 years, the safe grade of the structure is 2, and the earthquake intensity is 7. The architectural design is on the principle of function applicable, economy feasible, model fair and environment harmonious. Besides, the design is on the base of the building regulation and building standard of our country. I have finished architectural plan design that the design prospectus requires. And on the base of it, I have finished the design of elevation drawings, plane sections and architectural detail drawings. The constructional design is on the principle of safe, apply and endure. And on the base of it, I have done some vertical load collecting, the stiffness of shear wall, the vertical and horizontal wind loads and seismic loads together, frame - shear wall calculation of co-ordination horizontal load collecting, stress calculating, stresscombination, constructional earthquake-resistant design. Besides, I have designed floor slabs, beams, columns, stairs, canopies and foundations and so on. In the calculation of the process, it is assumed that the stiffness of the plane of a large plate bending deformation does not occur, and units within the framework of the same direction all combined into the general framework, all merged into the total shear wall, the level of load by the general framework and the total shared wall. The outcome of the design for the main forms of construction plans and structural construction plans. The design was mainly on the horizontal axis ⑧ framework and ⑦ wall of the structural design.
