摘要
财务风险管理是企业风险管理的一个重要组成部分，是企业经营风险的集中体现，如果不能及时的采取化解措施，企业就会陷入财务危机，因此建立一套及时有效的风险防范策略是非常必要的。
本文通过对xx建设集团建材公司实践中存在的财务风险进行研究，找出存在于公司财务活动的各个环节的财务风险，系统分析各类财务风险的成因机理，针对存在的风险问题构建风险预警模型，并提出一些风险规避措施，使公司的财务风险得以有效的控制。

Abstract
Financial risk management is the most important part of the undertaking risk management. It can indicate undertaking management risk. If we can not deal with the risk in time，the undertaking maybe in the financial crisis. So the establishment of a valid financial early-warning system is very important.
This paper building on the current Daqing Building Materials Construction Group Corporation’s financial risk,find out the risk in all aspects of the companies’ financial activities， Systematic analysis of the causes of various types of financial risk mechanism, For the existence of risk to build an early warning model, and proposed a number of risks to circumvent the measures,make company’s financial risk to be effective control.
