摘要

不同的内部结算方式对企业的业务处理及整体价值体现以及资金管理控制等方面有着不同的影响。xx钻探工程公司（以下简称钻探公司）是中国石油天然气集团公司于2008年3月将xx、吉林两个油田的钻探力量重组整合后,在xx油田体制内组建的专业化钻探工程技术服务公司。本设计基于xx钻探公司结算现状,在各种结算方法的基础上选用成立钻探公司内部银行的方法,从内部银行职能,贷款审批程序,资金管理制度等方面进行了设计。从而改善内部结算制度,提高企业经济效益对于完善公司内部结算,增强资金管理控制有着极为重要的意义。

Abstract

Different internal settlement of the company's business processing and reflect the overall value and financial management control, and so has different effects. Daqing Drilling Company (hereinafter referred to as drilling company) is the China National Petroleum Corporation in March 2008 to Daqing and Jilin oil field drilling power of the two re-integration, within the system set up in the Daqing oil field drilling engineering professional services company. The design is based drilling company balance sheet status of Daqing, in a variety of optional settlement method was established based on the method of drilling company bank, banking functions from the inside, the loan approval process, funds management system and other aspects of design. To improve the internal settlement system, and improving economic efficiency of enterprises within the company for improving the balance sheet, enhance the financial management and control has a very important significance
